Pantry Makeover: The Well-Balanced Kitchen
A hands-on service where we go over your kitchen, pantry, fridge and freezer supplies, learn how to read labels, the different names for sugar, suspicious fats and chemicals on the back of the products you are using on a daily basis. We will then stock up your kitchen with healthier alternatives that meets your everyday needs.
Cooking your own meals is a great way to control what you put your body. It is also another way to connect with your loved ones. The recipes are quick and easy to follow, are sugar-free, dairy-free, gluten-free and have little animal protein. If you are a chef or a raw beginner, the classes are simple and accessible and suited for all levels of comfort in the kitchen. I hand picked the recipes to make sure they are healthy, delicious and easy to prepare.

The class takes about 1.5 hours and is held at your kitchen using your own appliances. The participants get a grocery list prior to the class. Educational handouts and other materials are included. 30 minutes follow up consultation is included to assure the success of the class.
